Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program. You’ll work with HDR’s ROW leadership to align strategies, identify market priorities, and collaborate with clients to integrate acquisition and real estate solutions.

You will lead strategic growth, engage with market sector leaders, and manage projects while maintaining utilization targets to enhance HDR’s ROW offerings and credibility.

Qualifications

• Industry leadership and engagement with industry associations.
• Development and management of diverse client relationships.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW considerations.
• Familiarity with Federal and State ROW laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within WBG.
• Marketing and Business Development: support market sector directors and pursue opportunities; lead or support pursuits and proposals.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align ROW staff; share best practices and quality control.
