Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Project Manager to lead stormwater and groundwater projects from proposal through construction. You will supervise CAD designers, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of engineering solutions that protect communities and the environment.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of experience, and a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in stormwater and/or groundwater projects.
• PE license preferred; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design water control structures and flood mitigation projects.
• Prepare stormwater management plans with modeling analyses.
• Oversee all project phases from proposal to construction and coordination.
• Liaise with clients and agencies for approvals.
• Supervise CAD designers and permit technicians.
