Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Sanitary or Environmental Engineering is required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania is required.
- 8+ years of Water Resources Engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex water resources projects from planning through delivery.
- Develop client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across projects.
- Prepare project documentation and regulatory permit applications.
- Coordinate design services and project management across teams.
