Civil Science, Inc. seeks a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and guide the firmwide water practice across offices.

This leadership role focuses on building teams, expanding client relationships, and delivering essential water projects that serve communities in the region. You will provide technical leadership, drive project delivery, and shape the strategic direction of water services while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Proven success leading municipal water projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Grow revenue through water transmission, distribution, storage, source development, and treatment services.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal agencies and public-sector clients.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
