Gilmore & Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in Water Resources to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, building trusted client relationships, and guiding teams across disciplines.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and documentation, while coordinating with agencies and presenting results to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Sanitary or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PA-registered Professional Engineer preferred.
• 8+ years water resources engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through delivery in water resources.
• Set project scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies for permits.
• Oversee design services and project management for water/wastewater.
• Manage invoicing, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Provide clear communication and professional documentation.
• Mentor staff and coordinate cross-office teams.
• Represent the firm at public meetings and hearings.
