Responsibilities

• Lead complex water resources infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Maintain clear project documentation for scope, schedule, budget, decisions, risks, and changes.
• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate with officials, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure QA/QC processes deliver accurate, client-ready work products.
