Job summary

Civil Science is seeking a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice. This senior role focuses on building teams, growing client relationships, and delivering critical water projects for communities throughout the region.

You will guide technical leaders, manage multiple projects and office teams, and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions for municipal utilities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12+ years leading water infrastructure projects and teams.
• Proven ability to win work and manage client relationships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-office collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Create growth strategies for water transmission, distribution, storage, and treatment.
• Build relationships with municipal agencies and public-sector clients.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers and project managers; develop training programs.
