Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water Resources Engineer / Project Manager to support client management, project oversight, and technical delivery within our water resources group in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of consulting experience and a Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain within six months, with a focus on planning, design, and permitting of water resources projects. Travel to client sites and regulatory meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead water resource planning studies for conveyance, flood analysis, water quality and ecological benefits.
• Prepare technical reports, concept designs, construction drawings, bidding documents, and permit applications.
• Lead or participate in the permitting process of projects with clients and regulatory agencies.
