Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental or civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Project management experience coordinating tasks and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
• Lead or participate in design, permitting, and construction tasks for water resources projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project staff.
