Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Project Manager in Maryland to lead water resources projects from proposal through construction. You will oversee design drawings for flood mitigation, perform stormwater modeling, and coordinate field work with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a civil/environmental engineering background with 5+ years in stormwater projects; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in stormwater and/or groundwater projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in water resources projects at proposal, planning and execution stages.
• Lead construction design drawings for water control structures and flood mitigation projects.
• Perform stormwater analyses and modeling, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
• Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-construction activities and liaise with clients.
• Provide peer review of reports and designs; manage project scheduling and finances.
