Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in water resources planning and engineering design, client development, and project management.
• Professional engineering registration in one or more Central region states.
• Extensive experience in development and management of strategic positioning and technical differentiation.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies across the South Central Region.
• Serve as Client Manager for key clients in the South Central Region.
• Promote HDR services to Water resources Management clients in the region.
• Participate in regional and national leadership teams and drive MS initiatives.
• Identify investments and opportunities to maintain HDR leadership in the market.
