HDR, Inc. seeks a South Central Region Water Resources Management Market Sector Leader to guide strategy, client management, and cross‑functional delivery across HDR's Water Resources practice. You will shape regional business plans and lead major pursuits with senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Regional Business Group leaders, promote HDR services, and mentor staff while advancing HDR's market leadership in water resources across the South Central region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and/or planning services.
• Experience managing client relationships and program and/or project pursuits.
• Active involvement with industry associations and a visible market presence.
• Ability to work cooperatively with HDR leadership and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies across the South Central Region.
• Serve as the Client Manager for selected key clients and be active in the industry.
• Promote the marketing and delivery of HDR services to Water resources Management clients.
• Participate in regional and national leadership teams to drive market sector initiatives.
• Identify needs and opportunities for new technical services and products.
• Coordinate staffing/recruiting plans and assist local leadership with hires.
