Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a South Central Region Water Resources Management Market Sector Leader to drive strategy, client development, and major project delivery across the region.

Reporting to the Market Sector Director, this role will coordinate with regional leaders, practice groups and client managers to grow HDR's water resources services for municipalities, utilities and government clients, while advancing HDR's Drive to Zero and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in water resources planning and engineering design, client development, and project management; majority with water resource clients/utilities.
• Bachelor's degree in an accredited civil or environmental engineering program; PE registration preferred.
• Maintain a professional engineering registration in one or more Central region states.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of business strategies across the South Central Region in coordination with leadership and client managers.
• Interface with market sectors to grow HDR's water resources management services and project delivery.
• Coordinate staffing, pursuit strategies and client development initiatives across areas and regions.
