Job summary

HDR, Inc. in the United States Texas region seeks the Regional Water Resources Management Market Sector Leader to develop and implement business strategies across the South Central Region, coordinating with regional leadership, clients, and directors to grow HDR’s water resources services.

You will lead business development, manage key clients, promote HDR’s suite of water resources offerings, mentor staff, and collaborate with practice groups while advancing quality delivery and industry

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in architecture, engineering or planning services
Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for A/E/Planning services
Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple pursuits
Experience with staff development, recruiting and professional growth
Active involvement in industry associations with a visible market profile
Ability to collaborate across HDR leadership and Market Sector Directors

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of business strategies across the South Central Region.
Coordinate with Regional Business Group leadership, client managers and Market Sector Directors.
Create and monitor communication to implement strategic plans and marketing opportunities.
Promote HDR services to Water Resources Management clients within the region.
Serve as Client Manager for selected key clients and maintain industry visibility.
Mentor staff and develop talent within the region.
Drive technical excellence and coordinate staff to promote quality delivery.
Lead project delivery as Principal in Charge on key projects.
Promote QA/QC programs and the Drive to Zero initiative.
