Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a seasoned South Central Region Water Resources Management Market Sector Leader to drive strategy, client development, and service delivery for water resources projects across the region.

Reporting to HDR's Market Sector Director, you will coordinate with Regional Business Group leadership, client managers, and practice groups to grow HDR's water resources portfolio, develop talent, and strengthen client relationships across municipalities, utilities, and government entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in water resources planning, engineering design, and project management

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic plans across the South Central Region
• Act as Client Manager for selected key clients in the region
• Promote HDR services to water resources clients and manage market sector initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth, marketing, and project delivery
• Oversee talent development, recruiting, and resource allocation
• Represent HDR in industry associations and community organizations
• Identify investments to maintain HDR leadership in water resources
