Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Principal level Water Resources Market Leader to drive growth in the national Water Resources Practice. The role encompasses technical leadership, client management, and strategic business development from offices across the U.S.

You will lead complex projects related to water supply management, regulatory permitting, and groundwater/surface water strategies, while mentoring a team of engineers and scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Water Resources, Hydrogeology, Civil, Environmental or related engineering discipline with emphasis on water resources (required).
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional registration such as PE or CHG (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning to grow the Water Resources market nationally.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and client relationships.
• Direct project execution, budgets, quality objectives, and follow-on work.
• Lead proposals, meetings with clients and regulatory personnel.
• Mentor junior staff and drive business development initiatives.
