Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hydrogeology or related engineering required.
• Advanced degree in the same/similar field preferred.
• Professional licensure (PE, PG) required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business planning to segment and target specific industrial, commercial and municipal clients for water resources projects in Florida and the southeastern United States.
• Engagement with project and operations staff to align delivery capabilities with market demands.
• Serve as Client Account Manager on critical accounts for Geosyntec's Water Resources market.
• Participate in professional societies and conferences to increase visibility and recruit top talent.
• Project directorship to ensure client expectations, budgets, quality objectives, and follow-on work; includes hydrogeologic studies, regulatory permitting, modeling, wells, and UIC installations.
• Recruiting, mentoring junior staff and mid-career engineers/scientists; lead major proposals and client meetings.
• Provide senior leadership subject matter expertise in client, regulatory, and stakeholder meetings.
• Technical project delivery and PM responsibility for scoping, performing, and delivering multiple concurrent assignments.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
• Drive travel to client or project sites as needed.
