Job summary

Cadmus Group seeks a part-time professional for approximately 20 hours per week to support drinking water and wastewater utilities. You will provide onsite and remote assistance to help utilities comply with SDWA and CWA, travel to field sites, and develop client-ready deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of relevant work, advanced degrees, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant coursework and 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water and/or wastewater operator preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in support of technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities.
• Assist regulatory program implementation oversight activities and guidance development.
• Lead the development of client-ready products.
• Demonstrate effective research, analysis, and written/verbal communications.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet client requirements; drive client satisfaction.
• Travel to field sites as needed.
