Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a part-time professional to provide technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities and regulatory programs. The role includes onsite and remote support to help clients comply with SDWA and CWA, with travel to field sites as needed.

You will work with regulators and utilities, lead client-ready document development, and support inspections, emergency planning, and data collection activities. A strong background in water operations and policy is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant coursework and 8+ years of work experience, or a Bachelor's with similar coursework and 10+ years of work experience.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water/wastewater operator preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quick learning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
