Veolia in North America seeks an senior leader to drive regulatory strategy and operational excellence across a portfolio of treatment facilities. You will bridge executive strategy with field implementation, ensuring compliance and performance through data-driven processes and team leadership.

The role requires 15+ years in water/wastewater regulatory affairs, strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with agencies, vendors, and municipal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; 15+ years in water/wastewater compliance.
• Experience with data analytics, QA/QC, and lab oversight.
• Advanced degree preferred; PE/license preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory frameworks and compliance programs.
• Provide technical guidance on process controls and treatment optimization.
• Lead cross-project regulatory liaison with agencies and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operating excellence.
• Collaborate with vendors and operations teams.
