Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to drive complete water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions across North America. You will own major process deliverables, lead a team of Process Engineers, and ensure designs meet customer requirements, safety, and regulatory standards.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with customers, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver technically sound and commercially viable projects.

Competenze

• Leadership experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams on complex water/wastewater projects.
• Experience in process engineering for water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and regulators.

Mansioni

• Lead development of complete water/wastewater treatment solutions and process designs.
• Own PFDs, mass balances, flow tables, and process guarantees.
• Set project process strategy and design basis to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables and schedules, ensure quality and timeliness.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the treatment solution.
• Serve as lead technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions with data-driven approaches.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and liaise with authorities.
