Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Safe Drinking Water Act requirements and state/federal frameworks.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy across a multi-site treatment facility portfolio.
• Drive data analytics programs to monitor performance and improve operations.
• Develop regional compliance frameworks aligned with SDWA and regulations.
• Mentor operations teams and collaborate with vendors and contractors.
