Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to provide technical leadership across water, wastewater, and waste treatment projects in North America. The role involves guiding a team of Process Engineers to deliver integrated treatment solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

You will own process strategies, flow diagrams, and performance guarantees, while managing risks and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline; advanced degrees considered.
• Experience in design/operation of water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and process guarantees.
• Set project process strategy and design basis.
• Coordinate Process Engineers and manage deliverables and schedules.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the treatment solution.
• Serve as lead technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions.
• Understand regulations and liaise with authorities.
• Represent Veolia in presentations and training sessions.
