Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; develops work schedules and reviews timesheets.
• Organizes and assigns work; ensures resources and monitors progress to meet objectives.
• Oversees meter operation investigations, troubleshooting, calibration and customer education on policies.
• Supervises installation, cleaning, maintenance and replacement of water meters and related parts.
• Manages connection/disconnection of services and leaves notices as required.
• Maintains customer data in departmental systems and records inspections and requests.
