Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Territory Manager for Central Texas, covering Austin, San Antonio and nearby areas. This exempt role focuses on expanding distributor relationships and promoting Mueller water products.

You will manage end-user relationships, provide product training, and coordinate with distributors to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales in water distribution or related field.
• Aptitude for selling technology-based solutions and platforms.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Ability to travel ~75% of time (3-4 days/week).
• Must live within the territory (Central Texas).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with end users and municipalities while promoting product lines.
• Deliver support to distributor partners, including quotations and training.
• Lead product training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Develop partnerships with key distributors and end users to drive demand.
• Set sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Provide bid support and pricing insights for projects.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with after-sales support.
