Job summary

Mueller Water Products in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central Texas region to drive sales of water distribution products through distributors and end users. You will cover Austin and surrounding areas with direct territory responsibility and a focus on expanding product specifications.

You will work under regional leadership, earning a competitive base salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package while traveling 75% of the time within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales in water distribution or related field.
• Comfort selling technology-based sales solutions and platforms.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must reside within the Central Texas sales territory.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with end users, municipalities, and utilities to promote products.
• Support distributor partners with quotations, training, and materials.
• Lead product trainings for end users and distributors.
• Develop partnerships with key distributors and stakeholders to drive demand.
• Set and execute sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Identify project opportunities and provide bid support and pricing insights.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with after-sales support and warranty handling.
• Represent Mueller in industry groups and maintain territory data.
• Provide market intelligence and forecasts to regional leadership.
