Job summary

Mueller Water Products is seeking an Infrastructure Territory Manager to cover Arizona and Las Vegas, focusing on municipalities and utilities. You will promote product lines, train distributors, and drive specifications and sales across the territory.

The role requires 2+ years outside sales in water distribution, CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills. Travel about 75% and a bachelor's degree are preferred. Competitive salary with benefits and commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years outside sales experience in water distribution or related field.
• Aptitude for selling technology-based solutions and platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Experience with CRM software and productivity tools is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with end users including municipalities and utilities.
• Deliver product training, provide technical guidance, and coordinate marketing materials.
• Lead product trainings for end users and distributors to promote Mueller solutions.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and end users to drive demand and growth.
• Set and execute sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Provide bid support, pricing insights, and market intelligence to leadership.
