Mueller Water Products is seeking a Water Infrastructure Regional Manager for the South Central region, overseeing AR, LA, OK, TX and NM. You will lead the regional sales team, strengthen distributor and end-user partnerships, and drive market development across the region, reporting to the VP of Infrastructure Sales – West.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, coaching, and collaboration with Operations, Product Management and Marketing to expand Mueller’s specification position and growth

Formación

• Minimum of seven (7) years in sales, sales management, or related commercial work.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading distributors, utilities, municipalities, engineers and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, objectives and action plans across the South Central region.
• Lead, coach, develop and hold accountable the regional sales team.
• Strengthen distributor and end-user relationships to expand market presence and profitability.
• Promote Mueller’s products and improve specification positions with engineers and customers.
• Forecast and manage pipeline to improve visibility and results.
