Job summary

Mueller Water Products, a leading manufacturer of water infrastructure solutions, seeks a Water Infrastructure Regional Manager – South Central to drive sales performance and market development across AR, LA, OK, TX, and NM. You will report to the VP of Infrastructure Sales and strengthen distributor and end-user relationships while expanding Mueller's specification position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive sales, sales management, or related commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of sales management principles, pricing strategy, forecasting, territory management, and channel development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and action plans across the South Central region.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, utilities, municipalities, engineers, contractors, and end users.
• Evaluate projects and bids, set pricing strategies, and manage discounting and customer programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Pricing, and Finance to meet regional objectives.
