HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR’s WBG right of way program. You will collaborate with leadership to align market priorities, enhance HDR’s technical excellence, and pursue growth across geographies and sectors.

You will lead a team of professionals, engage with clients, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining a utilization target and delivering high-quality outcomes for complex water infrastructure projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration in architecture/engineering is preferred for senior technical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build internal alliances.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic visions for right-of-way initiatives and pursue opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor and align right-of-way staff to ensure client needs are met and projects succeed.
