Job summary

HDR seeks a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee the WBG right of way program, coordinating with HDR leadership and clients to elevate technical excellence and market penetration. The role includes defining growth strategies, talking to clients about HDR’s value, and serving as project manager on select initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
• Experience developing and managing a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
• Experience working with water-related infrastructure and understanding of Federal/State Right of Way laws and regulations such as FHWA and Uniform Relocation Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services to clients and build alliances.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic visions and drive growth into new geographies and service areas.
• Recruit, mentor and align right of way staff to meet clients’ needs and ensure quality deliverables.
