Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis with nationwide reach, seeks a Customer Service Champion for Critical Infrastructure markets.

You will oversee multiple projects, engage with existing customers to increase sales, and help grow as-bid margins while delivering reliable support to new and existing accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, coordinating with internal and external teams, and providing status updates to stakeholders to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline and 2–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification such as DBIA or PMP is a plus in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and quotes to ensure accurate materials and costs.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Ensure timely delivery of correct materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver best value.
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and management.
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with master schedule.
• Lead or participate in weekly/monthly status meetings and track open jobs.
• Coordinate project support from inception through completion.
