Core & Main LP is seeking a Customer Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring accurate materials, costs, and timely delivery while aligning with Critical Infrastructure goals.

The role focuses on maximizing as-bid margins and delivering reliable support to current customers and growth for new accounts across water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection markets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; typically 2–5 years of experience in related field; OR MS/MA with 2–4 years of experience in related field.
• DBIA and/or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5 years prior experience specific to bid preparation, sales or construction.
• Knowledge of order entry, inventory management, supply chain logistics processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Review project requirements and quotes to ensure accurate materials and costs.
• Ensure understanding and approval of contractual agreements and fulfillment of Core & Main obligations.
• Anticipate and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal support teams and external vendors to deliver value for customers.
• Provide regular status information to project stakeholders and interface with upper management.
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with master schedule and resolve conflicts.
• Attend or lead weekly/monthly meetings and track open jobs.
• Coordinate project support from inception through completion.
