HDR is seeking a Program Manager in its Water Business Group in Folsom, California. You will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity, advise clients on technical, regulatory, and financial aspects, and guide planning, execution, and QA/QC.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, PE license, PMP/PgMP certifications, and a proven track record on large-scale projects valued at hundreds of millions. Travel and cross-HDR collaboration are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Professional Engineering license or eligibility is preferred.
• PMI PMP and PgMP certifications highly desirable.
• AICP certification beneficial.
• Extensive program management experience on large infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR).
