HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager in California to lead complex infrastructure programs within HDR's Water Business Group. You will guide cross‑discipline teams, manage client relationships, and ensure program success from initiation through delivery, with emphasis on governance and financial performance.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with focus on infrastructure programs.
• DBIA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum ten years in program management with multi-program leadership.
• Experience with alternative delivery models (P3, DBFOM, EPC) and risk/QA.

Mansioni

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
