HDR is seeking a Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs within the Water group, advising clients on technical, regulatory, and financial aspects while directing execution and team performance across multiple disciplines.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR), with travel as needed to client sites. HDR values employee ownership and community impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, or related field.
3+ years of program management as deputy PM for programs with total capital >= $200M
5+ years of program management as PM/Project Controls Manager for programs >= $200M
10+ years of project management directing multi-disciplinary teams for projects >= $50M
Strong leadership and communication for client executives
Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR)
Familiar with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and dashboard analytics

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across many disciplines.
Develop plans and tools to drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
Direct HDR and subconsultant staff and ensure contract compliance and QA/QC.
Monitor program financial performance and adjust to meet targets.
Support growth of HDR's program management services and mentor staff.
