Job summary

HDR, a leading engineering and professional services firm, seeks a Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs across California. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects while directing all program execution with diverse teams.

Preferred candidates hold PE license, PMP/PgMP/CMAA certifications and have experience with PMIS/CMIS, scheduling and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Program management experience with large capital projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods such as DB, PDB, CMAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and implement program management plans and tools.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Mentor staff and contribute to growth of program management services.
