HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure programs across multiple disciplines in California. The role requires senior management of complex projects, client advisory on technical and regulatory matters, and coordination across diverse teams.

You will oversee program execution, manage resources, and ensure performance against financial metrics while promoting accountability and transparent governance.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional licenses/certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM required or recognized in the location.
• Ten years of program management experience with at least four years as a Senior Program Manager and leading multiple programs with large capital value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects to ensure program success.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with timely decision-making.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans and work plans to drive efficiencies.
