Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide problem solving and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement plans to drive efficiencies and accountability.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams; ensure contract scope alignment and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust to meet targets.
• Grow HDR's program management services through client relationships.
• Perform other duties as needed.
