Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on product operation, maintenance, installation, and application.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting using established processes.
• Identify and recommend replacement parts using literature and resources.
• Document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Support customers to deliver a positive experience.
• Utilize manuals, diagrams, and installation instructions for problem resolution.
