Rytech Restoration of the Midlands is seeking an experienced Water and Fire Damage Restoration Team Lead in Greer, SC. The role emphasizes ownership of projects, leadership in the field, and mentoring teammates in high-pressure situations.

You will lead mitigation and restoration tasks, coordinate equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers, document progress with photos and moisture readings, and ensure consistent job quality from start to finish.

Qualifications

• WRT certification is required.
• A clean driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience with water and fire restoration.
• Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to independently run restoration jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects, including mold remediation and fire cleanup.
• Evaluate property damage and develop restoration plans.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers).
• Perform demolition and structural drying activities.
• Maintain accurate job documentation through photos, notes, and moisture readings.
• Provide support to team members and help ensure consistent job quality.
