Job summary

Rytech Restoration in Greer, SC seeks a Lead Mitigation Technician to head water and fire restoration projects. You will coordinate field activities, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with water and fire restoration.
• Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to independently run jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation jobs and fire clean up.
• Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans.
• Set up, inspect, and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers (drying equipment).
• Perform demolition and structural drying tasks.
• Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings.
• Provide consistent support for team members.
• Maintain job quality.
