Rytech Restoration is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to head water and fire restoration projects in Greer, SC. You will lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful outcomes for restoration assignments.

This role requires WRT certification, 2+ years in water/fire restoration, and a willingness to work on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. A clean driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation.
• Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers).
• Perform demolition and structural drying tasks.
• Prepare job documentation and updates with photos and moisture readings.
• Provide support for team members and maintain job quality.
