Rytech Restoration is seeking a dependable Lead Restoration Specialist in Florence, SC to lead water, fire and mold remediation projects, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job.

This role requires WRT/AMRT certification, 2+ years of restoration experience, strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water extraction, emergency water removal, dehumidification, structural drying, water damage and fire restoration work
• Assist with mold remediation and microbial remediation projects
• Install, inspect, and maintain drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment throughout the restoration process
• Conduct moisture mapping, moisture detection, and document moisture readings, project milestones, and updates
• Complete photo documentation, job documentation, digital job files, daily reporting, and insurance documentation
• Promote safe work practices while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Inspect damaged structures and create effective mitigation efforts
• Prepare job sites through selective demolition, contents pack-out, contents inventory, and cleanup efforts

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

Core Responsibilities

• Carry out water extraction, emergency water removal, dehumidification, structural drying, water damage and fire restoration work
• Assist with mold remediation and microbial remediation projects

Location: Florence, SC - Rytech of the Pee Dee
Pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience, and overtime Work

• 2+/yrs experience with water and fire restoration (water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and property damage restoration)
• Ability to manage projects independently
