Rytech Restoration of the Midlands in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. Qualifications

• WRT Certification required.
• Minimum two years of water and fire restoration experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A clean driving record.
• Availability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects.
• Inspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damage.
• Maintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readings.
• Perform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activities.
• Set up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Maintain job quality standards.
• Support team members.
