Rytech Restoration of the Midlands in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. This Lead Technician role requires a WRT certification, the ability to manage field operations, and a commitment to high-quality mitigation work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects.
• Inspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damage.
• Maintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readings.
• Perform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activities.
• Set up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Maintain job quality standards.
• Support team members.

Job description

Take the lead on restoration projects that make a difference. Rytech Restoration is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. This Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician position is ideal for a WRT-certified technician who can manage field operations, maintain job quality, and help take ownership of mitigation projects.

Primary Duties

• Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects
