Job summary

Rytech Restoration in Florence, SC is seeking a Lead Restoration Specialist - Water & Fire Damage (WRT Required). This full-time role will coordinate job-site activities, mentor team members, and drive projects to safe, high-quality completion.

You will lead water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation from start to finish, assess damage, develop restoration plans, perform demolition and equipment setup, and monitor drying equipment while documenting progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in water/fire restoration.
• WRT Certification required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to run jobs independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• On-call availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects from start to finish.
• Assess damage, develop restoration approach, and perform tasks such as demolition, structural drying, and equipment setup.
• Monitor air movers and dehumidifiers; maintain detailed project documentation.
