Rytech Restoration is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to head water and fire restoration projects in Greer, SC. You will lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful outcomes for restoration assignments.

This role requires WRT certification, 2+ years in water/fire restoration, and a willingness to work on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. A clean driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Bring your restoration knowledge to a leadership position. Rytech Restoration is seeking a motivated technician who can lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful outcomes for restoration projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation jobs and fire clean up
• Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans
• Set up, inspect, and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers (drying equipment)
• Perform demolition and structural drying tasks
• Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings
• Provide consistent support for team members
• Maintain job quality
