Job summary

Rytech Restoration in Greer, SC seeks a Lead Mitigation Technician to head water and fire restoration projects. You will coordinate field activities, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Requirements include WRT certification, 2+ years of restoration experience, a clean driver's license, and willingness to work on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible candidates will receive comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and ongoing training.

• Perform demolition and structural drying tasks.
• Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings.
• Provide consistent support for team members.
• Maintain job quality.

Employment Type & Pay: Full-Time | $20-$25 per hour BOE and overtime work

Location: Greer, SC - Rytech of the Upstate

Bring your restoration knowledge to a leadership position. Rytech Restoration is seeking a motivated technician who can lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful outcomes for restoration projects.
