Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of 12th grade with college coursework or technical training; a four-year degree is desired.
• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in water utility/public works maintenance, including supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and review the Water Division's daily functions and capital projects.
• Oversee budgets, staff training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with other departments and outside agencies on water utility maintenance and operations.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve service delivery and compliance.
